Each participant is given a Coaching, Counseling, and Corrective Action Guidebook for Leaders.  Material is presented in logical order, is simple to understand, and easy to apply.  The guide includes appendices for Protected Groups and Actions, Post Termination Inquiries, a List of Employment law related terms, and State-by-State requirements for Final Paychecks.  We even include a guide for handling Unemployment Claims and an optional Termination Appeal process.  Your First-Line Supervisors and Managers will appreciate the many checklists, forms, and sample Written Warnings that can be downloaded, modified, and re-saved to fit common infractions.
