Everything required to easily compile a Best-in-Class Succession Plan. This package will eliminate weeks of work in creating base documents. Intended as Restricted Access only to HR Senior Leadership and Company Officers. This includes a Succession Planning Policy (CZ6-9 pages), and a PowerPoint overview suitable for Senior Leadership (DK91 – 8 slides). Supporting documents include an Administrator’s Manual (CZ4 – 14 pages), a Participant Biographical Sheet (CZ5) (1 page), and a Participant Individual Development Tool (CZ3) (1 page). Once adopted the presentation to Senior Leadership would include a number of supporting documents – also included. Documents include a summary of hires, promotions, etc. for current YTD, and for comparison – data from the prior year. In total there are 15 supporting Excel documents DK60-DK74, DK59, and DK99.
