ON DAY OF TRAINING – we will cover how to use the above in an interactive session that will include exercises. You will also receive a copy of the PowerPoint presentation (RA1) and four exercises (RA 7, 8, 9, and 10) to be used in the presentation. Attending the presentation and with all materials provided, you would be equipped to implement the Coaching, Counseling and Corrective Action Process – and train others at your facility in its use.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT ON DAY OF TRAINING – Participants will work with the materials above provided upon purchase. At the beginning of our training session, participants will also follow along and engage with a presentation and exercises. Participants should arrive with a fully charged Laptop, or Tablet.
