This plan provides an overview of initiatives within a large operation for anticipating and addressing safety issues. The EHS team looked for an example – and failing to find a suitable one, we created our own. Envisioning this document had multiple benefits. The task united the team under a common goal, underscored the team’s efforts in safety, and the end product – even in draft form was instrumental in passing both an external audit and a Corporate audit with Zero findings.
