Utilizing a step-by-step approach, this SOP provides guidelines for conducting internal investigations. In addition, expectations are established for those involved to be treated with respect and the process completed with integrity in order to draw correct and defensible conclusions. Participants in KeystoneHR’s “Effective Investigations – Getting to the Truth” Training Module (PK8) will receive this policy and the Internal Investigations Policy (MC54) at part of their training.
