Effective Investigations; Getting to the Truth

This is a Best Practices training module designed to assist HR, Internal Audit Personnel, and Security Professionals in refining investigative skills. Participants will also be trained in components of an effective witness statement. Includes how to address reluctant and hostile witnesses. Introduces techniques used by the CIA and FBI to get to the bottom line. This program has been used with success and reviews positive. Truly a value-added, Best Practices training opportunity. Actual class time 2.5 hours. This training module uses a combination of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

UPON PURCHASE – Participants will receive:

• Internal Investigations SOP (MC55- 6 pages), and a
• Sample witness statement (RA4).

YOU CAN EASILY MODIFY THESE MATERIALS FOR FIT WITH YOUR COMPANY & USE IMMEDIATELY.   

ON DAY OF TRAINING – we will cover how to use the above in an interactive session that will include exercises.  You will also receive a copy of the PowerPoint presentation (RA3) and exercises (RA 5 & 6) to be used in the presentation.  Attending the presentation and with all materials provided, you would be equipped to implement the Effective Investigations – Getting to the Truth Training Module – and train others at your facility in its use.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT ON DAY OF TRAINING:  Participants will work with the materials above provided upon purchase.  At the beginning of our training session, participants will also follow along with an interactive presentation that includes exercises.  Participants should arrive with a fully charged laptop, or Tablet.
