Succession Planning

Noting my past experience with Fortune 500 Succession Plans, the CEO of a public company asked that I develop one for his team. He was delighted with the end result, and probably even happier that he was able to inform the Board he now had a plan. It included a policy, PowerPoint overview suitable for the C-suite, an Administrator’s Manual, and all the required documents for a Best-in-Class Succession Plan.
